Pastor Debra L. Brady is a native Californian. After earning a B.S. degree in Psychobiology from UCLA, she spent 11 years in the corporate world. She received a Masters of Divinity from the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley in 1994, served as the Associate Pastor for San Ramon Valley UMC in Alamo for eight years, and was appointed as the Senior Pastor for Modesto First UMC in July 2002. Pastor Debra has two adult step children who live in the Bay Area. She and her husband Steve love Modesto and are grateful for this opportunity to serve God and this vital and loving congregation!
