Pastor Cynthia L. Hamilton was born and raised on Long Island, New York.  After moving to California, she attended school at West Valley Community College in Saratoga receiving a degree in Physical Education. She attended San Jose State University majoring in psychology with a minor in business.  Cindy continued her education at Stanislaus State University receiving a BA in Psychology.  She received her Masters of Divinity at San Francisco Theology Seminary.  Pastor Cindy has three children, Jacob, Caitlin and Joseph.  She believes that her call to First United Methodist Church is a blessing from God and the most wonderful place to call home.
