Many families today in consideration of the passing of a loved one prefer a donation of enduring remembrance in lieu of flowers. Making a memorial gift to FUMC is a wonderful way to honor that loved one and provides a lasting tribute to the important part that he or she played in the family or friend’s life and/or the life of the church.

There are many ways a loved one can be recognized by a memorial gift. Contributions can be made to establish or support an existing endowment fund that will help support the church’s ministry in the future. Donations may be made for the ongoing maintenance of facilities or earmarked for scholarships, missions, outreach ministries or to support another project of special interest to the family or loved one.
